Our team

Our mission is to increase the quality and standard of housing in our local area, and regenerate our town. Today’s customers don’t need to settle for second best. We can provide them with modern, clean and safe accommodation, whether in a traditional family home, or in one of our exclusive co-living spaces. Welcome to a new way of living. 

Our landlords and investors share the same vision as we do. They want to provide the highest standard of accommodation; houses for customers who will treat them like their home. A perfect match. 

 

Rick Cusimano

Director

Having spent many years managing a successful software business in Sheffield, Rick is passionate about systems and business processes, and has helped many businesses in the UK and overseas create leading software platforms to revolutionize numerous industries and sectors. Having worked with many successful property investors from a software perspective, Rick grew more curious about property. Having invested in property for many years and made many mistakes, Rick went onto invest into education and mentorship to help him to start a number of successful property businesses. 

Sophie Cusimano

Director

Having over 15 years of experience in the retail industry, managing teams of over 40 staff in fast paced environments, Sophie’s organization and merchandising skills have been well honed over many years.  With an eye for design that helps to maximize the potential of any refurbishment, and a keen eye for detail, Sophie’s skills in property management and design are clear to see.  Having invested in property education to learn more about the niches of property investment and the regulatory and safety requirements of property, Sophie is passionate about delivering only the highest quality of accommodation for our customers. 

Tia Chapman-Metham

Lettings assistant 

Tia is a valued member of our lettings team. Having spent a number of years as a developer and manager within a web and software development company, Tia brings some much needed tech ‘How To’ to the team. Tia has a wealth of experience with property management systems and loves getting the most out of any tech she uses; Tia can mostly be found submitting bugs and product requests to their helpdesks! 

Tia loves dining out, Italian and Spanish food being her favourites, along with a glass of prosecco or a cocktail (or two). Tia is creative so spends a lot of her spare time doing fun crafts, messy and sensory play, and baking with her toddler, much to her husband’s dismay (he hates the aftermath mess!) 

Orsolya Gonczi-Nagy ​

Lettings negotiator 

Orsolya has been with Dovedale since 2019 as part of the lettings team with previous experience in the care and customer service sector. 

Orsolya loves meeting new people and looks after our tenants and landlords alike. Orsolya has been involved with the design of our co-living properties, with an excellent eye for style and a keen eye for a bargain! 

Outside of walk Orsolya enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves Zumba, cooking and taking her little ones on new adventures. 

Anna Bentley

Lettings assistant

I have worked in the lettings industry for almost 13 years, covering a vast amount of different roles in the field. I love that every day is never the same and you never know what challenges you may face that day. 

Away from work I’m a busy mum of three who can usually be found at football training cheering on my boys or at dancing with my daughter. At the weekends I love to go for long muddy walks with our little sausage dog ‘Willow’. I really enjoy cooking accompanied with a nice glass of wine and often have friends over for food.
